A little bit about our host, Bard College Berlin

Students will have the opportunity to stay at Bard College Berlin, about 30 minutes outside of the city center.

Housing and Student Life

All students will be staying in Henry Koerner hall, a modern space, recently built in 2021. It is on campus of Bard College. Female and male identifying students will be housed separately. All residencies are apartment style with a kitchen, bedrooms, and living room. Laundry is free, but all students must be sure to bring towels!

Students will be staying in five person apartments, with 3 single bedrooms and one double occupancy bedrooms!

Dining

For breakfast and lunch, students will dine at the on campus cafeteria, Waldstraße 70. Dinner will be done with all staff at various restaurants, all within close proximity. However, students do have the option of picking up dinner from the cafeteria, it will just have to be ordered at breakfast or lunchtime. Most restaurants in the area close between the hours of 10:30 and 12, while grocery stores are open until 11:30. These are all within walking distance of Bard College Berlin.
